Yes it is a WV plate. No it wasn’t a flood and no it wasn’t a tornado. A dumbass jumped the curb and landed it on that business. It was located in the “town” of Jefferson, WV. Said town is popular with strip clubs and was even on the Dave Attel show a few years back.
I actually seen this in a news paper a while back, the driver lost control and hit a grass hill which launched the truck onto the roof. The exhaust was hot enough to catch the building on fire while it was sitting up there too….

Its obvious the truck was placed there by a flood. Look at the mud around the bottom.
Yeah… and look at the lack of mud on the sides of the building and the sign out front. More likely a Tornado put it up there.

It’s WV plate.
The sign says “Fish Bowl’s Bar and Grill”.
Google that and Jefferson, WV and you come up with the article and additional pictures of the fire.
Not everyone is cut out to be Duke Boys.
