Uh, FAKE! – Either backing out, or driving in, there are no corresponding holes in the wall for the wheels.

NEWSFLASH: Van wheels now come attached to things known as “springs” and “shock absorbers”. Amazing, I know. And the top of the picture is bleached enough that the hole may extend a few inches higher than the roof, you just can’t tell. That’d allow for a small bit of ground clearance remaining even with the (buckled-looking) suspension down on the stops.

It didn’t crash, it was just parked there and they built the building around it.

IT looks fake, but could actually be from where the front was canted up on the original impact, and the SUV enlarged the hole after the engine compartment went in, eventually leveling out after the top of the body and the chassis went in far enough to wedge itself between horizontal structural supports not taken out by the original impact.

For an idea of how that tilting would happen, consider how many tables, sofas and large chairs have to be tilted and rotated to get through a standard size doorway. Many of them have to be tilted, then the legs go through at an angle, first, as the legs are too long, combined with the body of the furniture, to fit through at the same time, then the carriers straighten out. The furniture might then have an inch or two clearance going in the rest of the way, then has to be rotated further to clear the back/top from the door, to then rotate the legs through.

If you’ve ever had to help someone move furniture, you probably understand what I’m describing.
