Yes, that is a bus stuck between a rock and, well, another rock. And, yes, that is an ambulance it is blocking. Here’s hoping Mr. Ambulance Driver was on a “kitty in a tree” call and not something more, you know, serious. Not that a kitty stuck in a tree isn’t serious… – Speedy Carlton
